We started today with vehicles that already had buyer questions waiting in WhatsApp. The priority was not to add more listings. The priority was to make the answers more useful.
For each vehicle, we checked the visible body panels, tire condition, engine bay photos, dashboard warnings, and export documents. When a buyer asks for a port estimate or a quick condition opinion, this preparation helps us answer with context instead of sending only a price.
Smaller inventory can still feel strong when the buyer sees that someone is actively checking the car. That is the purpose of these notes.
